Where is my order shipped from?
We currently ship exclusively to the United States.All orders are shipped from Hong Kong via DHL, FedEx, UPS or USPS. Since we design all styles in-house, shipping times may vary by product. You can see an estimated shipping time for each style by going to the specific product page and selecting your size.Below are our standard shipping timelines (for reference only):

Note:
- All International shipments are subject to duties and taxes. Custom and import charges are not included in the shipping charges.
- The above days are all business days, during the major holidays, the number of airport freight will increase and the transportation will be delayed. If you need your order urgently, please contact us in advance and inform us of the date you need. We will arrange it for you as soon as possible.
- THE SHIPPING FEE: Our shipping costs depend on the total weight of your order and the country the dresses will be shipped to.
- Before your order is shipped, KAIDRESS site must process your orders and pass strict quality control tests on all your projects. Therefore, the total delivery time is different from the separate shipping time
Order Processing Time
In-stock items will usually ship within 2-5 business days of placing your order. Other items will ship by the date listed on the specific product page. We do specifically outline the estimated shipping time on each product page once a size is selected. Please note that business days do not include weekends or public holidays. The delivery timeframe can also be found on the individual product page or in your email confirmation.
After your order ships, express delivery takes 5-7 business days while standard delivery takes 7-10 business days. Please select the express shipping option at checkout if you need faster delivery.
Shipping Address Change
If you would like to change the shipping address for your order, please contact us by email with the new shipping address. Once the order is shipped, we can not alter the shipping address anymore.
Order Delay
We at Kaidress.com take the security of our customers very seriously. Therefore, we have implemented fraud filters in an effort to protect our customers against any suspicious or fraudulent charges. If your order triggers a review by our fraud prevention department, we may require additional information in order to approve it for processing. You will be contacted immediately in regards to this matter, and we ask that you contact us back as soon as possible to confirm your order and avoid any further delay. Any order held for verification purposes by our fraud prevention department may be delayed until the needed information is received and the confirmation process is completed. Orders may be flagged due to incorrect/incomplete billing or shipping information, address confirmation, or return policy review. Any delay in shipping or needed upgrade due to this verification process is the responsibility of the customer.
Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
We provide a 14-Day Returns Service after delivery, If you are not satisfied with the item you bought or change your mind, please contact us for a return shipping address and ship all the items back to us for a refund in their original package.
