Thank you for shopping at KaiDress. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Order Processing Time (Handling Time)
All orders are processed within 5-7 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
(Note: Order Cut-off Time is 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time, New York).
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates (Transit Time)
We currently offer shipping to the United States, and Canada, United Kingdom . Shipping charges for your order are based on the total weight of your package and will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
We charge a flat shipping rate for all orders. The exact shipping charges are as follows:
All orders over $150 USD qualify for free standard shipping. The estimated delivery time is 6–12 days, excluding order processing time.

- Note: Shipping costs are calculated based on the total order weight at checkout. We currently only ship to the United States.
- Total Delivery Time = Handling Time + Transit Time. For example, a standard shipping order will take a total of 10 to 17 business days to arrive at your door.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
KaiDress is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
5. Damages
If you receive your order damaged, please contact us immediately at service@kaidress.com. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
6. Missing Packages
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you haven't received it, please contact the carrier directly or reach out to our support team at service@kaidress.com within 7 days of the "delivered" status.
