Shipping & Delivery
Q: Where do you ship to?
A: We currently focus on the United States market to ensure the most reliable service and fastest delivery speeds for our customers.
Q: How long is the shipping time?
A: For orders to the USA, the estimated transit time is 5-10 business days for Standard Shipping and 3-5 business days for Expedited Shipping. Please note this does not include our 5-7 business days handling time.
Q: Can I change my shipping address?
A: Address modifications are only possible within 12 hours of order placement. Once the order has been processed or shipped, we cannot change the destination.
Q: What happens if I miss the delivery?
A: If the initial delivery fails, please contact your local courier using the info in our notification email. Please note that multiple failed attempts may result in re-delivery fees or the parcel being returned at the customer's expense.
Return & Refund
Q: Is it possible to return my dress?
A: Yes, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Please note that a 15% restocking fee applies to all returns, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Q: Are there any return fees?
A: To support our made-to-order model, a 15% restocking fee is deducted from all returns. Customers are also responsible for return shipping costs.
Q: When will I receive my refund?
A: Once your return is inspected and approved, the refund will be processed within 10-15 business days back to your original payment method.
Q: Where should I send the return?
A: Please contact service@kaidress.com for the official Return Form and specific return address. Do not send items to the address on the original shipping label.
