We recommend trying it on immediately, but please keep the tags attached and ensure the dress remains unwashed and unaltered. If your order doesn’t meet your expectations, our team is here to assist. Contact us at your earliest convenience to arrange a return or refund.

1. 14-Day Return Policy

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If your order does not meet your expectations, you may initiate a return request within 14 calendar days of receiving your items. All returns require prior approval from our Customer Service team.

2. Return Conditions

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • In their original, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered condition.
  • Free from damage, stains, odors, lint, or hair.
  • Equipped with all original tags securely attached.

*Note: Customized items (custom sizing/colors) and Final Sale items are not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect.

3. Fees & Responsibilities

  • Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee applies to all returned dresses to support our sustainable, made-to-order model.
  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. Return Process

  1. Request: Contact service@kaidress.com within 14 days with your order number and photos of the item.
  2. Approval: Once approved, we will provide a return address and a Product Return Form.
  3. Shipment: Ship the item via your local post office within 3-5 business days of approval. Please retain your tracking number.
  4. Inspection & Refund: After receiving and inspecting the return, your refund (minus the 15% restocking fee) will be processed within 10-15 business days.

5. Order Cancellation

Since our dresses are made-to-order, cancellations are subject to the following:

  • Within 12 hours of payment: 90% refund.
  • 12-24 hours after payment: 80% refund.
  • Once shipped: No cancellation accepted.
