14 Days Hassle-Free Returns

Your satisfaction is our priority. If your standard-size dress doesn't meet your expectations, you may return it within 14 days of delivery, provided it meets all return conditions outlined below.

Return Policy Summary

1.Return Window
   Contact our Customer Service to initiate the return process within 14 days of receiving your item(s). Note that these are calendar days, so weekends are also considered. Therefore, it is in your best interest to contact our customer service department as soon as possible to process your return.

2.Condition of Returns
   For returns or exchanges, all items must be in original unworn, unwashed, unaltered condition with no damage, stains, odors, lint or hair, and with all original tags securely attached. Returns that don't meet these requirements will be rejected and sent back to you at your cost without refund processing. Original packaging must be included if applicable.

3.Color Accuracy Guarantee
   If the item you received doesn't match the color you ordered, you qualify for a full refund.

4.Defective or Incorrect Item
   If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please photograph the original packaging and product. This helps us process your return or refund faster.

5.Return Shipping Fees
   You are responsible for return shipping costs, which will be deducted from your refund or store credit. The exact amount depends on your local post office rates.

6.Return Shipping Instructions
   Please retain your shipping receipt and tracking number when returning items. We cannot be responsible for returns that are lost, damaged, or incorrectly shipped during transit.

7.Shipping & Payment Fees Policy
   All shipping charges (including original and return shipping) are non-refundable and processed through our third-party logistics partners. Please note that payment platform fees apply to all transactions – PayPal transaction fees will be refunded to your original account, while credit card processing fees are non-refundable and remain the customer's responsibility.

8.Return Policy Notice
   A 15% restocking fee applies to all returned dresses. To maintain sustainable practices and affordable pricing, Kaidress primarily operates on a made-to-order model. This means we cannot accept "buy multiple, keep one" purchases. Any applicable restocking fees will be deducted from your refund amount. How long will it take to get my refund?

2.Refunds – Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take 3-5 business days for the refund or store credit to appear in your account.

1.Damaged Items – Returns cannot be accepted if the item becomes unsellable due to customer handling after delivery.

2.Size/Color Selection Errors – We do not accept returns for incorrect size or color choices based on personal preference.

3.Manufacturer Defects – For verified factory-related issues (incorrect sizing or colors), partial or full refunds will be provided.

Exchange Policy

For standard size exchanges, please process your return first before placing a new order for replacement items. If the product you want is out of stock online, contact our customer service for assistance. Upon receiving your return, we will issue your refund via the original payment method.

Buy Many Keep One

All our dresses are lovingly crafted as made-to-order pieces, specially created just for you. Since each dress is personalized and cannot be restocked or resold if returned, we are unable to accommodate "buy-many-keep-one" orders.

To minimize environmental impact and resource waste, we strongly discourage this practice. By confirming your order, you acknowledge that you intend to keep all items purchased, and all sales will adhere strictly to our return and refund policy.

Cancellation Policy

We know that purchasing a dress for your special occasion is a meaningful decision. That’s why we’ve designed our cancellation policy to be as considerate as possible. Since most of our dresses are made to order, once production begins, materials and labor cannot be repurposed. The good news? • Cancel order within 12 hours of payment: 90% refund + shipping fee.

• Cancel order 12-24 hours after payment: 80% refund + shipping fee.

• Cancel order 24-48 hours after payment: 50% refund + shipping fee.

• Cancel order > 120 hours after payment: Refund of shipping fee only.

• Once your order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
