- Q: Do you offer discounts for bulk or multiple orders?
- A: While we already provide stylish dresses at affordable prices, we’re happy to discuss special pricing for bulk orders! Discounts may vary based on quantity and order value. For details, please contact our customer service team via live chat or email—we’d love to help you create the perfect look for your event.
- Q:How can I track the status of my order?
- A: After placing your order, log in to My Account to check its status. You'll find updates on processing, shipping, and delivery. For any questions, contact us via email or online chat. We're here to provide excellent service.
- Q: Can I pay with my credit card?
- A:Yes, we accept all major Credit and Debit Cards which include but are not exclusive to Visa and MasterCard.
- Q: I would like to cancel my order?
- A: Don't worry as long as your parcel for your non-custom product wasn't shipped yet, you can cancel it by contacting our service team.
- Q: Can I order by calling the service number?
- A: Sorry currently we are not able to take your order by telephone. But we are working hard on bringing you the feature. But you can still use your Smartphone to place an order.
- Q: What are special requirements?
- A: If you need any alterations to be done to the product you can describe it in the special requirements field e.g. the dress has no straps, but you would like to have straps, then we can arrange that, we can provide alterations for all dresses to a certain extent.
- Q: Is this a legit company?
- A: Please, rest assured that our company is both legal and formal. Kaidress.com has been verified by Norton Secured Seal and uses HTTPS security protocol. You can pay via PayPal for your order and your payment will be safeguarded.
- Q: Do you have any retail locations?
- A: In order to eliminate the extra costs associated with physical storefronts (rent, insurance, staff), we currently only have an online store.
Shipping
- Q: Which Shipping options are available?
- A: We offer standard and expedited shipping worldwide. For drop or bulk shipping and wholesale container shipping we don't feature expedited options, please contact us if you want to order more than 100 dresses. We have great wholesale rates and your trips to our tailor workshops.
- Q: How long is the delivery time?
- A: When your parcel leaves our quality assurance warehouse, it takes around 3 - 8 days to reach you, depending on the item you order, its origin and its destination.
- Q: Can I change the delivery address after the order was placed?
- A: Yes, please contact our customer service, but note that we can't change the delivery address once the shipping was already processed.
- Q: Will I have to pay customs duties, taxes or other fees?
- A: You will not be charged any consumption tax. However, you may need to pay the customs duties by yourself. For more details, please visit Customs & Tax in full.
- Q: What is your Return & Refund?
- A: Currently we offer an easy 7 days return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, Please contact us to initiate the return process. This is our Return & Refund.
Size
- Q: How to know my size?
- A: Each product description page features a detailed size chart, you can measure yourself and choose the dress size according to the result. Don't get confused if you end up having a different size than your standard casual wear size, dresses have different sizing.
- Q: How to measure myself?
- A: We use three different factors, Bust, Waist, and Hips.
- Bust: Measure around the fullest part of your bust.
- Waist: Measure around natural waistline.
- Hips: Measure around the fullest part.
Make sure you wear tight clothes while measuring yourself. Please check if the dress has a built-in bra, if so, measure yourself without a bra. - Q: My body measurements don't fit a specific size!
- A: You can choose custom measurements and enter your body measurements into the order details without choosing a pre-defined size. Extra fees might apply.
- Q: Are your sizes (like US 10) standard US sizing?
- A: While we use US sizing labels, fit can vary between brands. For the most accurate fit:

- Q: Which payment options are available?
- A: You can pay for your purchase with all major Credit and Debit Card, or place an order with pre-payment and contact our support for the available pre-payment option which includes Bank Transfer, Western Union, and MoneyGram.
- Q: Why was my payment declined?
- A: We're sorry you're having trouble! Payment declines usually occur due to:
